- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 - 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 1 - 15 oz. can kidney beans drained
- 1 - 15 oz. can black beans drained
- 1 - 15 oz. can pinto beans drained
- 1 c. frozen corn
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 c. water
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper add more to taste if you like extra heat
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
In a stovetop skillet, start by browning ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
As beef browns, drain all 3 types of beans and dice onion.
Dump all ingredients in crockpot and stir to combine.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3 - 4 hours.
