The top layer is a blend of creamy peanut butter, melted dairy-free chocolate chips, and crisp rice cereal.
INGREDIENTS
Homemade Brownies:
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 c. cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. avocado oil (or neutral flavor olive oil)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- cooking spray
6.3 oz Marshmallow cream
Top layer:
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 c. dairy-free semisweet chocolate chips (or rice milk chips)
- 4 c. crisp rice cereal
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Make your brownie batter by measuring out dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together. Add in remaining ingredients and whisk until just combined – do not overmix.




Pour batter into prepared pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.

Bake brownies for 20 – 25 minutes until center is set and an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Watch carefully the last few minutes of baking time to keep brownies from drying out.
Let brownies cool completely.
